KROY ESPORTS — Terms & Conditions

Welcome to KROY Esports. By creating an account or using our application, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using KROY Esports, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Eligibility

To use KROY Esports, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age requirement in your country.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Use only one personal account unless explicitly permitted.

KROY Esports may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

3. User Account

Users are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure.
  • Maintaining accurate profile information.
  • Updating game profiles when necessary.

You are responsible for all activity on your account.

4. Account Approval

All new accounts require manual approval by the KROY Esports administration. Accounts remain inactive until approved. KROY Esports reserves the right to approve or reject any account without providing a reason.

5. Team Profiles

Users must provide accurate game information. Only verified Game Profiles can be used for tournament registration. Providing false IGN, Character ID, or team details may result in suspension.

6. Tournament Registration

Users may register only if:

  • Account is approved.
  • Game Profile is verified.
  • Tournament registration is open.
  • Registration requirements are met.

Tournament registrations are final unless cancelled by the tournament organizer.

7. Tournament Rules

Each tournament may have its own rules. By joining a tournament, participants agree to follow all published tournament rules. Violation of tournament rules may result in:

  • Match forfeiture
  • Disqualification
  • Temporary suspension
  • Permanent account ban

8. Tournament Results

Tournament results are final once officially published. Any disputes must be submitted within the time specified by the tournament organizer. The decision of tournament administrators is final.

9. Rewards

Rewards are distributed only after tournament completion and result verification. KROY Esports reserves the right to:

  • Delay rewards for verification.
  • Cancel rewards obtained through fraud or abuse.
  • Modify reward structures for future tournaments.

Duplicate reward claims are not permitted.

10. Coins & Reward System

Users may earn coins through: rewarded advertisements, daily rewards, referrals, special events, and tournaments. Coins may be subject to a holding period before withdrawal. KROY Esports reserves the right to verify all rewards before approving withdrawals.

11. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount.
  • Verification requirements.
  • Fraud checks.
  • Processing times.

KROY Esports may reject withdrawals involving suspicious activity.

12. Advertisements

The application uses third-party advertising services including Google AdMob. Users are prohibited from:

  • Artificially increasing ad views.
  • Using bots or automation.
  • Clicking advertisements fraudulently.
  • Creating multiple accounts to earn rewards.

Violation may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, or permanent ban.

13. Fair Play Policy

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Cheating, hacking, emulator use (where prohibited)
  • Teaming, exploiting bugs, match fixing
  • Account sharing, impersonation

Violations may result in immediate disciplinary action.

14. Tournament Hosts

Some tournaments may be organized by third-party Host Admins. KROY Esports provides the platform for hosting tournaments but is not responsible for decisions made by independent tournament hosts unless required by law.

15. Live Streams

Tournament live streams may be hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube. KROY Esports is not responsible for the availability or content of third-party streaming services.

16. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Harass other users.
  • Post offensive content.
  • Abuse administrators.
  • Share illegal content.

Violation may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
