Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Refund Policy

Tournament entry fees and payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be provided if:

• The tournament is cancelled by KROY Esports.
• The tournament is cancelled by the Host Admin.
• A duplicate payment is successfully verified.
• A technical issue caused an incorrect deduction.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction. KROY Esports reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after verification.

Rewards & Coin Withdrawals

Users may withdraw eligible coins and rewards only after satisfying all platform requirements. Withdrawals are subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal amount.
• Reward verification.
• Fraud detection.
• Coin maturity period (if applicable).
• Account approval.

KROY Esports may reject or delay withdrawals involving suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests normally move through the following stages:

• Pending
• Under Review
• Approved
• Paid
• Rejected

Processing times may vary depending on verification requirements.

Fraud Prevention

Withdrawals may be cancelled if:

• Multiple accounts are detected.
• Fake referrals are identified.
• Invalid rewarded ad activity is detected.
• Tournament abuse is identified.
• Platform policies are violated.

The decision of KROY Esports regarding withdrawals is final.
