Community Guidelines & Fair Play Policy

Welcome to KROY Esports. Our goal is to provide a safe, competitive, and enjoyable environment for every player. By using KROY Esports, you agree to follow these community guidelines.

1. Respect Everyone

• Treat all players, admins, and staff with respect.
• No abusive language, harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech.
• Do not impersonate other players or staff members.

2. Fair Play

• Play honestly at all times.
• Cheating, hacking, scripting, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools is strictly prohibited.
• Emulator or device restrictions must follow each tournament's rules.
• Teaming in solo matches is not allowed.
• Any unfair advantage may result in disqualification.

3. Account Rules

• One account per player unless officially permitted.
• Sharing, selling, or buying accounts is prohibited.
• Keep your account information secure.
• Users are responsible for all activity on their account.

4. Tournament Rules

• Join tournaments only with eligible game accounts.
• Be ready before the scheduled match time.
• Late players may lose their slot without refund.
• Room ID and Password are confidential and must not be shared.
• Follow all tournament-specific rules announced by KROY.

5. Rewards & Wallet

• Rewards are credited only after tournament verification.
• Withdrawals are processed after successful verification.
• Fake payment proofs or false withdrawal claims will result in permanent account suspension.
• Any fraudulent activity will lead to cancellation of rewards.

6. Deposits

• Deposit only using the official UPI ID shown inside the app.
• Upload genuine payment receipts and enter the correct UTR/Transaction ID.
• Fake receipts, edited screenshots, or false payment claims will result in permanent bans.
• KROY may request additional proof, such as a bank statement or payment confirmation, during verification.

7. Content & Profile

• Usernames, team names, and profile pictures must not contain:

• Offensive or abusive content
• Hate speech
• Adult or explicit material
• Copyright violations
• Impersonation of KROY staff

8. Communication

• Use the in-app Support Center for assistance.
• Respect moderators and support staff.
• False reports or repeated spam messages may lead to account restrictions.

9. Privacy & Security

• Never share your password or OTP.
• KROY staff will never ask for your password.
• Protect your personal information.

10. Penalties

Violations may result in:

• Warning
• Tournament disqualification
• Reward cancellation
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account ban
• Removal from future tournaments

The severity of the action depends on the nature of the violation.

11. Changes to Rules

KROY Esports may update these Community Guidelines and Fair Play Policy at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the latest version.
